David has been in the Real Estate Industry for 20 years, specializing in Hotel Brokerage, Commercial Brokerage and Development. He is a lifetime member of The Realtors Million Dollar Club, a Masters Club Award Recipient and has received the Pinnacle Level Award of Excellence. David was previously the President of the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors, as well as the past State Director of the Missouri Association of Realtors. He remains a member of both organizations including being a member of the National Association of Realtors. He became a member of Hotels Brokers International in June of 2008. David is proud to be a member and to serve on the Executive Council at Cape First in Cape Girardeau, and a missionary for Mikel French Ministries focusing on the Country of Russia.

Merl has more than 40 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Management and Real Estate. He is a Licensed Agent in multiple states, specializing in Hotel Brokerage, as well as other Commercial Real Estate transactions. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors & Hotel Brokers International. He is a Recipient of 2007 Awards of Excellence Pinnacle & Unassisted Sales Volume. Merl is a member of Cape First Church, coordinates the Cape First Connect Team, and contributes to several International Ministries and Mission Programs.

Derek is responsible for analyzing financial statements, creating industry evaluations, and preparing custom Marketing Packages for prospective buyers. He also maintains the website, develops marketing techniques, and updates our growing database of lodging professionals. Previously, Derek spent a brief period working in sales and the mortgage industry. He graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Business Management.
