**For Further Information Regarding Our Hotels - Please Read The Following Agreement** |

Upon
receipt of the below completed form, the property information will be
forwarded to you for your review, (the "Reviewing Party").
The Reviewing Party agrees that the contents and related property
information are of a permanent confidential nature.
Furthermore, the Reviewing Party agrees to the following:
- You are
accepting
confidential information solely for the purpose of evaluating the
property for possible acquisition, and that the unauthorized use of
said confidential information could damage the Owner’s
business.
- The
property
information and any subsequent information supplied by Owner or CRES,
INC. are not to be photocopied, duplicated, or made available to
persons not receiving copies directly from CRES, INC.
- This
information
is not to be shared, made known, divulged or otherwise discussed with
any other party or prospect without permission from CRES, INC.
- If
evaluation
materials provided by Owner or CRES, INC. are allowed to be delivered
to persons or entities for the purpose of giving the Reviewing Party
advice regarding the property, such advising party shall be informed
(by the Reviewing Party) of the confidential nature of the information.
- If, after
reviewing the proprietary information, the Reviewing Party has no
further interest in the property, you will notify CRES, INC. of this
fact.
Upon entering into a
fully executed Purchase Agreement, the Reviewing Party shall be given
full access to all evaluation materials as required under the Purchase
Agreement. Reviewing
Party shall not directly contact the owner, the property, or its
management. All inquiries or requests for information about
the property should be directed to:
